We are a ballet-inspired workout that combines small, intense movements with isometric strength training to sculpt, strengthen, and stretch your muscles. This 60-minute long class consists of ballet barre leg work, standing free weights, an abdominal series, and a cardio option for even more intensity.
All classes are one hour.
No advance signups are necessary, just arrive 5 minutes early for your first class.
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and socks or bare feet.

All class passes are non-refundable, valid at both locations and expire within 6 months of purchase date.
