We are a ballet-inspired workout that combines small, intense movements with isometric strength training to sculpt, strengthen, and stretch your muscles. This 60-minute long class consists of ballet barre leg work, standing free weights, an abdominal series, and a cardio option for even more intensity.
Please visit Sign Up Genius to register for classes. Classes will need a minimum of 3 students to run, and will have a maximum of 5 students. Cancellations within 24 hours of class time will be charged for the class.
All classes are 1 hour long. Please arrive arrive 5 minutes early and bring a yoga mat, water and socks. No other personal items will be allowed in the room. All students will sign a COVID waiver and have their temperature taken prior to entering the studio.
